The “Humsafar Marriage Counselling Cell” is a concept of social reform introduced by young dynamic social scientist-cum-Islaamic scholar, Hazrat Maulana Muhtaram Fayyaaz Ahmad Zarroo Sahib (Daamat-Barakatuhum). The concept came in his mind after thorough research on late marriages & its consequent evils.
